How Fast can I get my Varsity XL Wall Graphic
Standard Delivery, which may take up to 21 days, or Rush Delivery, which is Next Day Service. Many of the high schools are also selling them at the Spirit Store located at the their school. Click here to get your school’s Spirit Store number.
Varsity XL Wall Graphics are limited edition and selling quickly. If your team is out of stock, you will be notified by email as to when your selection will become available.
What Surface is best for my Varsity XL Wall Graphic
Varsity XL Wall Graphics are an amazing product, but care must be used in finding the perfect area. The area needs to be large, the surface must be smooth, and it must be clean and dry. Wall clings should not be applied to textured walls of any kind. If you try and place your Varsity XL Wall Graphic on any other surface, you will be not be happy with the results. Did we mention the area needs to be large?
Ideal Surfaces for Varsity XL Installation
- Indoors Only

- Clean Surface
XL Note: No soap or cleaning product should be used to clean the surface as they can leave a film or residue on the wall that will diminish the adhesive qualities of your Varsity XL Wall Graphic.
XL Note: Freshly painted surfaces must be allowed to dry 4-5 weeks before installing your Varsity XL to ensure the paint has completely cured.
Not Recommended Surfaces
- No Textured Walls
- No Textured Surfaces of any kind (textured wallpaper, unpainted drywall, unfinished wood surfaces, block or brick walls)
- No Painted Vehicle Surface
Note for tailgating: Varsity XL should not be installed on the painted surface of any vehicle. A vehicles window surface is safe for installation, but the vehicle should not be moved once it is installed.
XL Notes About Cleaning Walls or Newly Pained Surfaces
- Freshly painted surfaces must be allowed to dry 4-5 weeks before installing your Varsity XL to ensure the paint has completely cured.

How do I put up such an Extra Large Graphic
You don't. It takes a team to make a play work, and a little preparation to handle the installation. Of course by "team" we mean two people. Click here for the play book.
Will I need the White Backing Paper that my Varsity XL comes on or the Shipping Tube for any reason?
Yes. If you need to return your Varsity XL for any reason, you must return it on the liner it came on. Additionally, if you must move or ship your Varsity XL to a new location having the original White Backing Paper and Shipping Tube will make the process much easier.
What do I do if I Punted my Liner that my Varsity XL Wall Graphic came With and now I need to Move it to a New Space.
Locate some greaseproof wax paper and a long round tube. Carefully remove the Varsity XL Wall Graphic from the wall and put it on a flat, clean surface with the tacky side facing up. Now cover the entire sticky area of your Varsity XL Wall Graphic with the greaseproof wax paper. Roll it up around the tube. Do not fold your Varsity XL Wall Graphic as it will cause creases to appear that are difficult to remove when you find a large enough new space.
Can I Get My Team?
We are currently pursuing licensing arrangements with High Schools across the country that will allow us to print and sell that school's image. The process of securing these licenses can often take several months. High Schools have a rigorous approval process, and their demands must be met in order to protect the tradition and excellence that these schools have come to represent to their students, teachers, alumni, and regions they hale from.
Once a High School agrees to a license, we must then design a Varsity XL that meets their specifications, and then it goes off to print! To get the highest impact images on vinyl possible can be very time consuming, and this process can take as much as 120 days, with most schools taking an average of 60 days.
How can my School become Varsity XL?
Your school needs to know you want a Varsity XL of them. Our ability to show that we have requests for your favorite high school has a tremendous impact on the school's willingness to grant a license to Varsity XL.

Why did my Credit Card Authorization Fail?
In the unlikely event that your credit card authorization fails, please try a second time or try a different credit card. If you continue to have problems, please call Varsity XL Customer Service at 1 (513) 784-1100.
No Risk Varsity XL’s Return Policy?
Returning New Items
If you have removed your Varsity XL Wall Graphic from the liner, you cannot return it unless it is defective. Please see Returning Defective Product below.
If your Varsity XL Wall Graphic was never removed from the liner it came on, you can return it, with all accompanying graphics, within 30 days of the delivery date, to exchange it for another one or receive a refund (less shipping and handling fees).*
*If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund, less shipping and handling fees, or exchange, the item must not have been removed from the liner it came on, and be returned in its original condition. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. We ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE (Priority Mail or UPS Ground service) in appreciation of your business with us.
Please remember to completely fill out the returns section of the invoice you received with your package and ship your return package either UPS or insured U.S. Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

If the front of your invoice contains a pre-paid return shipping label, please remember the cost of using this return service will be deducted from your merchandise refund or credit card account for each label used. The cost of using each label is printed beneath the label on the front of your invoice. If you prefer to use a different carrier to return the merchandise, please use the standard return label located above the pre-paid one when shipping packages to our company.
Please understand that we cannot accept COD’s or packages marked “Bill Recipient” and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only. We cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
Returning Defective Items
If you believe that you have received a defective product, you may return it, with all accompanying graphics, as long as the item is on the original liner, and in the original shipping tube, within 30 days of the delivery date, in exchange for another Varsity XL Wall Graphic.
Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. However, Varsity XL Wall Graphics require special care during installation because of the vinyl material they are made of. It is our experience that through proper installation and normal care almost all defects will be evident in the first 60 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item for 60 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund.
We also recognize that in extreme circumstances, a Varsity XL Wall Graphic you have owned for more than 60 days, even one that was properly installed, may truly be defective. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim. We have designed our returns process to support a reasonable cost of doing business and avoid needless waste.
Backorder Policy
An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a “backorder.” When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders.
